Petitioner and advocate absent. Advocate Mr.B.S.Verma has appeared for respondent and has submitted that compromise has already taken place with the petitioner. On 15/02/2021 petitioner also filed a pursis stating that the original complainant has withdrawn the Consumer complaint No.19/264 filed before the learned District Consumer Commission Yavatmal. In view of this pursis the present petition has become infructuous and is hereby disposed of.
