ORDER   Before the District Consumer District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Sangli   Execution Application No.79/2005     Arvind Marathe                              ...        Complainant   V/s.   Krishna Valley                            ...        Accused   Order Below Exh.1        None present for the parties. As per Roznama they are consistently absent. The perusal of Exh.1 shows that this is a composite application U/s.25 & Sec.27 of the Consumer Protection Act,  which is not legally tenable. Since the Complainant is absent, since long, there is no question of obtaining any option from the Complainant as to whether, this application should be treated as an application u/s. 25 or u/s. 27 of the Consumer Protection Act. Hence, the application is dismissed as it is not legally tenable and also for the default of the Complainant.      Date-22/04/13.
