This is a complaint filed in the year 2016. We notice from the proceedings that there has been consistently no representation for the complainant for a long period of time. The opposite party has filed a petition questioning the maintainability of the complaint. A copy of the petition was served on the counsel for the complainant also. Though the matter was being posted for objections and hearing, no objections filed. It is obvious that the complainant is no longer interested in pursuing this case.
