ORDER

          Execution was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The execution has been complied.  DH have agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakh only) from Krishna Infra Homes Pvt. Ltd. (JD) in three equal installments of Rs. 1,00,000/- each on or before 30.03.2019, 30.04.2019 and 30.05.2019.   Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the execution stands satisfied.

ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri A.S. Gupta, Counsel for the complainant have received an amount of Rs. 7,999/- from OP vide cheque no. 006309 dated 07.03.2019, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
