ORDER

It is stated by learned counsel for all the parties that they have amicably settled the matter and joint applications with regard to the compromise have been filed in all the above noted petitions. Applications for compromise are taken on record. It is further stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that in pursuance of the compromise, sum of Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lacs only) alongwith accrued interest if any, lying deposited with the District Forum, in terms of order dated 10.2.2010 passed in (RPs No. 498 to 502 of 2010) and order dated 7.5.2010 passed in (RPs No. 1525 and 1526 of 2010) by this Commission, be paid to the petitioners. Learned counsel for respondents states that there is no objection if the above stated amounts lying with the District Forum in above noted petitions be paid to the petitioners alongwith accrued interest, if any. In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the parties, the aforesaid amount lying deposited with the District Forum, be paid to the petitioners alongwith accrued interest, if any. It has further been stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners will bear all the necessary expenses towards purchase of stamp papers as well as registration charges etc. for the purpose of execution of the Sale Deeds, as per the terms of the compromise. In view of above compromise made between the parties and as agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, order dated 16.09.2004, passed by the District Forum stand duly modified. It has further been agreed between the parties that necessary formalities towards the execution of the Sale Deeds shall be completed within four weeks from today. In case of non-compliance of the same within the prescribed period, parties shall be at liberty to approach this Commission. In view of the fact that all the parties have amicably settled the matter, above noted revision petitions stand disposed of in the terms of compromise as stated in the joint applications for settlement duly signed by all the parties. All the parties shall be bound by terms of compromise. Parties shall bear their own costs. Dasti to both parties.
