                   Mr. Hemant Goyal, counsel for respondents.

                                Learned counsel for respondent has brought attention of this Commission to last zimni order dated 19.07.2024 which contained his statement regarding compromise of the matter by revisionist with complainant. Palpably, because of consequences flowing from above quality statement of counsel for respondent; revisionist is not appearing before this Commission. As a matter of fact, record reflects that on 16.11.2023, 22.04.2024, 19.07.2024 and even on today (26.09.2024) there has been no representation on behalf of revisionist. Revision petition has been called several times since morning, It is already 1.00 P.M. No further wait is justified. It appears that revisionist is no more interested to pursue this revision petition. Hence, present revision petition is hereby dismissed, not only in default owing to absence of counsel for revisionist, but also for its non-prosecution. It is ordered accordingly. Revision file be consigned to record room.
