              Shri Ravindra Tiwari, learned counsel with the complainant.

               Shri Sharad Gupta, learned counsel for the opposite party.

              They submit that the matter has been settled between them and now nothing survives in the complaint.  Statement of counsel and the complainant, who is present is recorded.  It is stated by the complainant that the cheque handed over by the opposite party to complainant on being presented has been encashed.

              The complaint is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
