ORDER

     Office report seen. The case is at the stage of admission. The complainant states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. He has made statement to this effect which has been recorded separately. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh with better particulars, as permissible under the law. After retaining first set of the complaint, the remaining sets of the complaint be returned to the complainant.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
