     The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. A perusal of the case file indicates that complainant has not appeared before this Commission for the last many dates of hearing. Today also complainant has not turned up. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is hereby dismissed in default of appearance.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
