EA No.324 of 2018.

Ravneet Kaur vs. Krishana Institute.

 

Present:       None for the petitioner.

                              

                None has appeared on behalf of DH either in person or through any Advocate since 10.30 A.M. to 3:15PM despite having called this execution several times.  Further wait is unjustified. Moreover, in terms of order dated 27.8.2018 and 23.10.2018 passed by this Forum correct address of the respondent has not been filed, which also shows that decree holder is no more willing to prosecute this execution petition.  The present execution petition is dismissed on account of default in appearance by the decree holder. Record of this execution be consigned to the records.  However, decree holder shall be at liberty to file fresh execution petition when he coming know whereabouts of the JDs and whereabouts of their property of any kind subject to the  period of limitation.
