Perusal of record reveals that none was also present on behalf of the appellant on 16.01.2023.

However, in the interest of justice, one more opportunity is provided to the appellant.

Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant even today.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
