Present:                             Sh Jarnail Singh complainant alongwith Sh.Ashwani Kumar Goel Advocate for the complainant.

                               Sh.Parmod Sharma Supervisor of the OP No.2.

                              Sh Deepak Service Engineer, for the OP No.3.   .

                        The complainant has made a statement that Ops. have replaced his battery and now he does not want to pursue further with the present complaint and wants to withdraw the same. His statement has been recorded.

2.                      In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
