Both parties file hazira through their Ld. Agents/Advs.

The complainant, Sujit Banik and 13 others have filed a verified petition seeking permission to withdraw the case.

Heard both sides.

It appears from the instant petition that the O.P. No.1 called the complainants at Kolkata and accordingly two agents of the complainants namely i) Sri Manoj Banik and ii) Sri Goutam Roy went to Kolkata and met the O.P. No.1, Kaustav Roy on 23^rd June, 2015 at his office and the said O.P. No.1 assured that he would pay the deposited amount to the complainants on condition that if the complainants withdraw the present case and on that ground the complainants are withdrawing the present case.

We do not find any impediment to allow the application.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        That the complainants are permitted to withdraw the present Case No. DF/83/2014. No costs.

A plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied to the parties by hand/Registered post, free of cost with A/D.
