Complainant, O.P. No. 1, O.P. No. 2, O.P. No. 3 and O.P. No. 5 are present through their respective Ld. Advocates.  O.P. No. 1 files written version.  Copy served.  I.A./366/2017 is taken up for hearing.  By filing this application the Complainants have prayed for correction of the name of the O.P. No. 4 which had inadvertently mentioned as “Mr. Karanveer” instead of “Dr. Karmabir Chakravartty”.  The Ld. Advocate for the Complainants also submits that the amendment sought for is formal in nature and will not change the nature and character of the petition of complaint.  Having heard the Ld. Advocates and on perusal of the papers on record, we allow the I.A.  The name of the O.P. No. 4 be read as “Dr. Karmabir Chakravartty” instead of “Mr. Karanveer”.  I.A. is thus disposed of.  Fix 29.03.2018 for filing amended version of petition of complaint.
