“I have received two cheques bearing No. 131718 dated 20.07.2012 amounting to Rs.34,027.80P and No. 131703, dated 20.07.2012 amounting to Rs.14,968.50P respectively, drawn in favour of Ms. Santosh Gupta on HDFC Bank Ltd., in total compliance of the order dated 27.01.2012, passed by this Forum. So, now nothing is outstanding. The Execution Application be dismissed being fully satisfied.”
In view of the above statement of Sh. R.K. Goyal, Counsel for the Complainant, this Execution Application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
The parties shall be bound by the statement made before this Forum.
