It has been seen that post covid the appearance of the complainant is very erratic and barring one appearance post covid not appearance has been entered into by the complainant. It seems that Complainant is not interested in contesting her matter. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further as she has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
