1. This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2. This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite party to appear before this Commission on 30/12/2022. Today the counsel appearing for the complainant filed IA.No.653/2022 to advance the case from 30/12/2022 to this date. As the matter was settled between the parties, IA.No.653/22 is allowed and the case is advanced to this date from 30/12/2022. The complainant’s counsel also filed IA.No.654/22 stating that the matter is settled and the complainant is not willing to further proceed with this complaint. The complainant’s counsel also sought permission to withdraw the complaint. IA.No.654/2022 is also allowed. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the proceedings, we find that this is a fit case wherein a permission is to be granted for withdrawing the complaint.

           In the result, complaint is dismissed as not pressed.  There will be no order as to costs.

           A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
