Today the case is fixed for tendering application for impleading LR’s of complainant since the complainant has died as stated by his counsel on the previous date but this time also none appeared on behalf of the complainant wherefrom it is presumed that no one is interested in pursuing the present complaint.  Hence, the present complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance. Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
