 Perusal of the record shows that instead of issuance of court notice complainant is not appearing after 10.02.2020. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive dates. Commission cannot inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
