Final Order / Judgement
Sh. B. S. Sodhi, Advocate counsel for opposite parties has suffered a statement that the complainant has deposited all the installments of loan which was sanctioned to him. Only one installment for the month of November, 2021 is still due against him. The amount of installment is of Rs. 31982.36 ps. Further stated that the OPs will issue the No Due Certificate to the complainant when he deposit the above said installment. Statement of account of complainant dated 14.10.2021 is being submitted by me.
Sh. Deepak Kansal, Advocate counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement suffered by Sh. B. S. Sodhi, Advocate counsel for opposite parties. The complainant will deposit the last installment of Rs. 31982.36 ps with the opposite parties. As per instructions of complainant he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same.
In view of the statements suffered by the counsel for both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant is directed to deposit the last installment of Rs. 31982.36 ps with OPs as per statement suffered by Sh. B. S. Sodhi, Advocate. The Opposite parties are directed to issue the No Due Certificate to the complainant when the complainant will deposit the abovesaid amount with OPs. Parties will be bound by their statements. Copy of the statement of account be retained on the Commission file. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules and file be indexed and consigned to record.
