Final Order / Judgement | Order No. 05Dated : 06.03.2020 Ld. Advocates for both the parties are present. A compromised petition is filed by the parties stating that both the parties have agreed to settle dispute amicably in terms & conditions that the OPs on receipt of sum of Rs.5,000/-, agree and confirm to release, relinquished all the rights, claims in respect of the car of the petitioner financed by them on Higher purchase in favour of the petitioner forever by issuing NOC with required form and the parties declared that they do not have any claim whatsoever against each other and other terms as stated in the said petition with the prayer for disposal of the matter. It is submitted for the OPs that the Ops have received an amount of Rs.5,000/- in cash from the complainant. An endorsement to that effect is made by the Ops on the compromised petition filed by the parties today. Perused the compromised petition. Heard. Considered. The instant consumer complaint being No.CDF,Unit-II/CC/484 of 2019 is disposed of in terms of compromised petition which do form a part of this order. | |
