The complaint has been filed by the complainant U/S 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties seeking direction to issue No Objection Certificate for the vehicle Loan Account No.CF.8062684 in the name of complainant, to set-off the insurance paid on the vehicle loan account CF.8062684 and return the entire repayment of loan amount and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation for the mental agony suffered due to deficiency in service with 9% interest and to pay the cost of proceedings.
Memo filed by the complainant that matter settled out of Commission. Memo recorded. Complaint dismissed as withdrawn. No cost.
