            Matter has been settled between the parties with the intervention of the Court. Let the statements of the parties be recorded:

            Statement of Sh. Pankaj Rathi, AR for the OP on oath:

            I on behalf of the OP state that the OP is ready and willing to pay an amount of Rs. 3 Lac to the complainant towards satisfaction of all his claims against the OP. The aforesaid amount shall be paid to the complainant within a period of thirty days from today by way of bank draft.

            Statement of Sh. Sanyam Bansal, Son of the Complainant Smt. Sudha Bansal on oath:

            I have heard the statement made by the Sh. Pankaj Rathi, AR for the OP. I accept the same as correct. I on behalf of my mother Smt. Sudha Bansal compromise the matter and withdraw the complaint.
