          File taken up before National Lok Adalat. On 04.11.2022, Sh.Surjit Singh Chand, one of the complainants had come present made a separate following statement before this Commission.

“Stated that I have amicably settled the dispute with the Opposite Parties and now I do not want to proceed with this complaint and the same kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.”

In view of the statement made by Sh.Surjit Singh Chand one of the complainants, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
