Complainant absent. Counsel also not present. Representing counsel Shri.V.K.Shaji submits that he is representing the complainant, but couldn’t answer Commission's queries. Opposite party represented. Counsel for opposite party submits that complainant is neither ready for evidence or for settlement. However we notice that complainant has produced copy of payment schedule and has filed a statement that last payment has been made. If that is so, there is nothing to proceed with. Complaint is dismissed without costs for non appearance.
