Final Order / Judgement

Order No.  18       Dated :    13.01.2020

Ld. Advocate for the OPs-1 & 2 is present. Neither the complainants nor their Advocate is present on 2nd call. It is about 12.50 PM.

On scrutiny of the record, it appears that complainants were directed to show cause as to why they failed to comply the order dated 27.09.2019.  No cause is shown by the complainants in terms of order dated 26.11.2019. Records speak that in spite of several opportunities complainants failed to file amended consumer complaint. There is no prayer on the part of the complainants for extension of time to file amended consumer complaint. Therefore, we are of the view that the complainants are not interested to proceed the case anymore. Thus, the complaint is liable to be dismissed for default. Hence,

ORDERED

That the complaint case be and the same is dismissed for default but without any cost.
