            The record is placed before the UPBHOKTA LOK ADALAT this day.

            Ld. Advocate for the Complainants is present. Complainants are also present in person.

Ld. Advocate for the OPs Mr. Abhik Kumar Das is present. He files a document on behalf of Nivedita Bhattacharya, Asst. Vice President – Legal, Kotak Life Insurance Company Ltd.

Heard both sides. Perused the document filed on behalf of the OPs.

Both the complainants and the OPs agreed that Rs.27,28,815/- (Rupees twenty seven lakhs twenty eight thousand eight hundred & fifteen only) will be paid by the OPs to the complainants within 15 days from the date of the receipt of this order as an amicable  settlement.

Accordingly, it is

                                    O R D E R E D

that this case being C.C. No.15 of 2023 is disposed of in this UPBHOKTA LOK ADALAT  on compromise in between the parties and the OPs are directed to pay an amount of Rs. 27,28,815/- (Rupees twenty seven lakhs twenty eight thousand eight hundred & fifteen only) to the complainants within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.

OPs are directed to pay the said amount by an account payee cheque to the complainants within 15 days of the receipt of this order.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
