                   File taken up today on an application moved by ld. Counsel for the complainant.  Ld. Counsel for the opposite party made a statement that their full and final settlement has been effected with the complainant in Rs.158948/- only(Rs.one Lac fifty eight thousand nine hundred fourty eight only), and they will make the payment to the complainant within 60 days.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed of with direction to the opposite party to pay the alleged amount of Rs.158948/- only(Rs.one Lac fifty eight thousand nine hundred fourty eight only)to the complainant within 60 days, failing which opposite party shall be liable pay interest @ 9% per annum on the alleged amount from today i.e. 7.6.2021 till its realization. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                             File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
