2.      Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company (Karnal-Branch1) having its Branch Office at SCO 250, Sector 12, Opposite Mini Secretariat, Karnal through its Branch Manager-132001.

On the last date of hearing, the Commission had passed the following order:-

“None has put in appearance for the complainant. The position was the same on the last date of hearing as well.

          Still in the interest of justice, adjourned to 09.04.2019.

It is, however made clear that in case there is no representation on behalf of the complainant on the adjourned date, the complaint shall be dismissed in default for want of prosecution.”

 

 

 

 

2.      The complaint has been taken up for consideration twice over but neither the complainant nor her counsel has put in appearance.

3.      In view of the above, the Commission is left with no other option but to dismiss the complaint in default for want of prosecution.

4.      Ordered accordingly.
