                   DD Deposited by the opponent Kotak Mahindra Bank, has been cleared by the bank concerned, as per the report of the Accountant of the Commission. In terms of order dated 6.9.2024 passed by Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Panchkula on miscellaneous application No.1154 of 2024 in FA No.A/987/2024, amount of Rs.2,55,875/- lying undisbursed is hereby converted into FDR in the Nationalised Bank at Yamuna Nagar initially for the period of one year and miscellaneous application dated 7.10.2024 is disposed off accordingly and its record be tagged with the record of the main consumer complaint No.410 of 2021.
