Perusal of the record shows that directions were issued to Complainant to file Driving License as the complaint is about alleging fake DL. Therefater neither they appeared nor compliance the order till date. Today also Complainant is not present. It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Hence, the matter is dismissed for non-appearance, non-compliance and non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
