| Final Order / Judgement | Order-12. Date-15/12/2016. Ld. Advocate of the DHr. is present. Ld. Advocate for the JDr. is also present. Record shows that one Demand Draft bearing no.328726 dated 25.11.2016 for Rs.7,12,106/- issued in favour of the DHr. was deposited by the JDr. on 30.11.2016 towards compliance of the order of this Forum and the said DD is handed over to the Ld. Advocate for the DHr. on the basis of letter of authority issued by the DHr. to-day. An endorsement acknowledging the receipt of the aforesaid DD is made by the Ld. Advocate of the DHr. to that effect. Another Demand Draft bearing no.328835 dated 08.12.2016 for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) Only issued in favour of “President, DCDRF, Kolkata Unit – II” is deposited by the JDr. as punitive damages. Office to issue receipt. Let the DD be deposited to the SCWF, WB. A petition is filed for the JDr. stating that the JDrs. have complied with the order of this Forum in full with the prayer for drop of the execution proceeding. Heard. Considered. On scrutiny of the record and order sheet it appears that the JDrs. have complied with the order of this Forum in full.
