ORDER

     Heard. At this stage, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Statement of complainant has been recorded separately vide which he has stated that he received an amount of Rs.3,000/- from OP No.1 through its Manager Sh.Prateek Singh through IMPS and he has also received Rs.5,000/- from OP No.2 through its counsel Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate, through Google Pay towards full and final settlement in the present consumer complaint and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
