Complainant and its counsel remained absent. Complainant failed to comply the directions regarding cost dated 20/10/2010 and 17/02/2011.  On last occasion adjournment was granted subject to payment of cost.  Today also complainant and counsel for the complainant are absent. Under the circumstances, complaint stands dismissed for default.  No order as to costs.
