     Today the learned counsel for complainant has withdrawn this consumer complaint as grievance of the complainant has been redressed. His statement in the shape of endorsement to this effect recorded on the first page of the consumer complaint itself. Accordingly, this consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
