Both parties take no step. After several repeated calls no body appear on behalf of the parties or their counsel.On perusal of the record it appears that the case is filled on 17/02/2016 and admitted on 25/02/2016 ans issue notice to the O.P on 15/02/2015 but further appears that complainant has left his case from 29/04/2016 to up till now. Forum several direction has been given to the complainant as well as O.P for appearing the case and taking proper step but complainant has not been complied order Of the forum, which shows that complaint has no interest in his case hence the case is dismissed for default.
