After arguing for some time and noticing that the matter has already been decided, on merits by District Forum-II, UT, Chandigarh vide order dated 17.09.2018, when we were going to dismiss this complaint,  Counsel for the complainant stated that he be allowed to withdraw this complaint.

                   Ordered accordingly.

                    Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainant(s).

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
