            The present complainant was filed on 29.10.2021.  The Complainant in this case was represented only once on 27.4.2022.  Thereafter  he did not appear on 31.5.2022. Today also  no one is present on behalf of the complainant.   The complaint is still at the admission stage.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly, the complaint  is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
