                Learned counsel of complainant/DH has made a statement that he has received the NOC of trolley no.HR-45A-7674 and trolley no.HR-45B-1518 and also received the cost. Now nothing is due against the OP/JD. Hence he do not want to pursue the present execution petition and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                   In view of statement of complainant/DH, present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
