ORDER:
Today the case fixed for issuing notice to opposite parties. Ms. Swati Chawla, AR on behalf of opposite parties appeared and suffered a statement that “today I tender NOC and waived off amount of Rs.17547.42, clear all dues and terminate the loan account bearing No. CFB885844. Nothing is due against the complainant and entire liability of the complainant towards the opposite party bank has been satisfied full and final.
On the other hand, Shri R.K.Saini, counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that “Today I received original NOC form opposite party and press for harassment and litigation charges.”
2. On the basis of the NOC dated 30.09.2024 issued by the opposite party to the complainant, the Commission is of the opinion that after filing of the complaint NOC was issued by the opposite party to the complainant. The complainant is harassed by the Act of opposite parties Hence, opposite parties are deficient in service on their part. Hence the complaint is disposed off with the direction to opposite parties to pay Rs.1100/- as compensation on account of mental tension, agony and harassment. Opposite parties are also directed to pay Rs.1100/- as litigation expenses to the complainant. Compliance of this order be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of order. Copy of this order be given to the parties concerned free of costs and file be consigned to record room.
