Appellant has appeared along with learned advocate Mr.Aade. Learned advocate for appellant has submitted that settlement is arrived at between the respondent and appellant and appellant has already paid an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- to respondent by way of full and final settlement. Appellant therefore seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. Application is duly signed by the appellant. Respondent is also present. In view of the same permission is granted to withdraw the appeal. Appeal is treated as withdrawn and is hereby disposed of.
