                   Today Shri Jaspal Kamboj, Advocate has appeared and suffered a statement that he does not want to persue the complaint and withdraws the present complaint due to some technical ground and sought permission to file a fresh complaint. Heard. A separate statement recorded to that effect. Keeping in view the abovesaid circumstances the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file a fresh complaint, if desired.
