                 Complainant has not appeared for the last three dates of hearing and similar is the position of respondent. Case has been called several times since morning. Respondent has also not appeared. It is 03:00 PM. Further wait is unjustified. Respondent is hereby ordered to be proceeded against ex-parte. Since complaint is not required to be dismissed on account of default in appearance, rather to be decided on merits, therefore, this Commission proceeds ahead by deciding the same on merits.
