Today the present complaint is fixed for consideration on the statement tendered by counsel of OP No.3 on 12.11.2022 before the Lok Adalat wherein he has stated that OP No.3 has already cancelled the health insurance policy of the complainant as per his request made in the complaint and refunded a sum of Rs.4822/- in his account No.8413147299 vide UTR No.CMS220811000YEO on 11.08.2022 and therefore, now nothing remains due of the complainant against OP No.3 and requested for disposing off the complaint but today neither complainant nor his counsel nor any of his representative appeared before the Commission inspite of repeated calls wherefrom it appears that the grievance of complainant has been redressed by Ops. As such, we have no option except to dispose off the present complaint. Accordingly, the present complaint is disposed off being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties to complaint, as per rules. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
