                             Case called several times since morning.  But neither the complainant nor his counsel has put in appearance.  Let the case be called again after lunch-break.

                             Case called again after lunch-break but neither the complainant nor his counsel has put in appearance.  Waited sufficiently.  It is already 3:30 p.m.  No intimation regarding absence of complainant is received.  On the previous two dates also i.e. 05.09.2017 and 23.10.2017, none put in appearance on behalf of complainant.  From the perusal of the order-sheet, it is clear that today the case is fixed for evidence of complainant, subject to last opportunity.  Several opportunities including last opportunities have already been provided to the complainant for the same purpose.  The present case pertains to the year 2014.  It seems that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the complaint, hence, there is no justification to keep the matter pending.  Thus, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
