          Report from the Mediation Cell received. Settlement between the complainant and the respondent no.2 effected and same is retained on record as Ex.P1.

              In view of settlement between the complainant and respondent no.2, present complaint is, partly, accepted against the respondent no.2, holding it liable to make the payment of Rs.20,000/- only to the complainant, as full and final settlement of his claim, within the period of 45 days from today, in default of it, respondent no.2 shall liable to make the payment of interest @ 8% p.a. (simple) on the amount of Rs.20,000/- from the date of order, till its actual payment.

              Complaint qua respondents no.1 & 3 is dismissed. File be consigned to the records.
