                   Today the case was fixed for compromise, if any, and for filing written version, power of attorney as well as reply to application for rejection of complaint. However, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

          In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
