                Today the case is fixed for compromise in Lok Adalat. Complainant has made a statement on dated 03.10.2022 that the matter has been compromised, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                   In view of statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
