Today Statement of Sh.Sh.Suresh Kumar, Complainant along with Counsel Sh.D.S.Dhanoa, Advocate recorded that the Compromise is effected between the parties on 10.10.2020 and same is Ex.C-11. The Complainant received the vehicle in question in running condition as per the satisfaction of the complainant and nothing is due towards the OP No.1. He withdraw the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly in view of the statement given by the Complainant along with his Counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
