Complaint in brief:

Complaint filed against BSNL authorities alleging deficiency in service in not clearing the defects in the connection provided.

Complaint posted for hearing on admission. Complainant present. Heard.

The dispute herein is with regard to  the service connection and connected matters. In view of the dictum laid down by Hon’ble Supreme Court in General Manager, Telecom Vs. M.Krishnan & Anr. Forum lacks jurisdiction to entertain the complaint.

Hence, without going into the merits of the case, we dismiss the complaint. Complainant  directed to approach authority for relief.
